Building responsibility into your business isn’t only the right thing to do – it’s also smart from a business perspective. Study after study has shown that consumers prefer to buy from responsible brands and that employees – particularly millennials – want to work for companies with purpose. This workshop will help company leaders start to develop (or refine) social impact platforms that align with their businesses. It will explain the various aspects of a corporate responsibility program, and provide participants with tips and tools for developing partnerships, engaging consumers and employees, telling social impact stories and more.
