She founded the first organization in Poland dedicated to women’s entrepreneurship and gender equality called Sukces Pisany Szminką (2008). President of the WłączeniPlus Foundation working for diversity and inclusion (DEI).

Member of the NGO Council for Poland’s EU Presidency. Expert in Diversity & Inclusion and founder of the DEI Champions club, bringing together international corporations working for equality and diversity. Author of radio and television programs, associated with Radio Pin and EuroZet as well as TVN24 and TVP2. Creator of podcasts „Update” and „Sukces Pisany Szminką” Writer, author of four books including bestsellers „My Friend Crisis” („Mój przyjaciel kryzys”), „Love is a Verb” („Miłość to Czasownik”), and author of the theater play „High C” („Wysokie C”). Composer and vocalist performing under the pseudonym OYKA. Her first album was released in May 2023.

She has received many prestigious awards in Poland and abroad, including Women’s Tertiary European Award, Woman Leader, the title of Business Inspirator and Positivist of the Year. She was included in the list of 25 Polish leaders for the next 25 years. She graduated from the University of Plymouth and Amsterdam School of Business, as well as the Music School in Warsaw in violin class. She is married and a mother of three children.
