An experienced manager with nearly 30 years of experience in the banking sector. He served, among others, the position of president of the management board of Santander Consumer Bank and vice-president responsible for strategy and innovation, IT development, cybersecurity, retail loan sales and marketing, PR, debt collection, Agile transformation, PMO, legal and compliance area, audit, AML, operational risk, HR development, administration, cost management. Previously, he worked at Lukas Bank for 11 years, where he held, among others, as director of the Key Account Department and sales director, as well as director of the Consumer Finance line.

Piotr Żabski is a graduate of management and finance at the Faculty of Computer Science and Management of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. He obtained a mastere degree from Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines de ST and a diploma from the Academy of Physical Education in Wrocław.
