Jowita Michalska is a manager with almost 20 years’ experience in digital transformation, business strategy, marketing and media markets mainly in ICT and energy business. In her various roles she was responsible for developing strategies and company restructuring processes, involved In brand building, as well as development of HR, customer service and purchase strategies. She was dealing with technology-influenced business models, new consumer and his impact on global economy and business disruption.
Currently she is CEO of Digital University, organization dedicated to strategic digital competences development which cooperates with Singularity University, Warsaw School of Economics, Harvard Business School, Stanford University, MIT and independent lecturers around the world.
She is also Singularity University Ambassador in Poland and organizer of Global Impact Challenge competition.
She is speaker at conferences, bloger, and member of many organizations offering her support as a mentor or volunteer. She organizes workshops, hackathons, seminars and conferences dedicated to topics connected with Digital Transformation.
