Justyna has several years of experience in strategic legal advisory to multinationals from various industries including technology, pharmaceutical and energy sectors. She provides wraparound strategic IP&IT legal advisory, IP protection, licensing, IT implementation and litigation support to innovative companies. Justyna also advises on legal aspects of innovative R&D projects and its commercialization. She has a strong interest in smart city initiatives. She was one of the organizers of the New Tech Trends 2019 Conference at the Lazarski University dedicated to smart city and sustainability initiative. Justyna is also a member of IOT working group, smart city sub group at the Ministry of Digital Affairs. The demand for her professional knowledge and skills resulted in her being  Co-Founder and Director of Postgraduate Studies at Lazarski Unversity – Law in Business of New Technologies in Warsaw. Justyna is one of the top ranking lawyers, recommended for efficient advisory and excellent representation of clients by Chambers Europe, Chambers Global and I AM Patent 1000. Justyna graduated from the Jagiellonian University’s Faculty of Law and Administration, Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America. Justyna also completed a post-graduate studies at Warsaw School of Economics: Polish and European Company Law and Ph.D. studies at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. She has been on the list of attorneys at law of the Warsaw Bar Association since 2010.
