Digital University intends to store Users’ personal data no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected (e.g., until correspondence initiated through the contact form is concluded), or for the period specified by applicable legal regulations (e.g., for accounting purposes). In the case of marketing activities, personal data will not be stored longer than 3 years unless the User successfully objects to its processing, in which case Digital University will immediately cease processing.

According to the GDPR, and under the conditions specified therein, data subjects whose personal data is processed have the following rights:

The right to object applies when personal data is processed based on the legitimate interests pursued by Digital University, including profiling. If the objection concerns direct marketing, the personal data will no longer be processed for such purposes. In other cases, the objection will be honored unless there are overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

  1. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use certain features of the Website or to receive services ordered by the User.

  2. Personal data may be processed for decision-making purposes, including profiling, in order to deliver services under the contract and for Digital University’s direct marketing purposes.
