The most competitive submissions typically showcase tangible results, innovative approaches to challenges, and potential for future growth or scalability.

You can submit your application in either Polish or English.

There are no strict format requirements for your pitch file. You can submit it as a PowerPoint presentation (PPTX), PDF document, video, or any other format that best showcases your project. The primary purpose of this file is to effectively demonstrate the value of your project to the jury members. We encourage you to choose the format that most clearly communicates your innovation, impact, and alignment with the Masters&Robots Awards criteria. This award celebrates leaders who achieve exceptional business results while inspiring others, promoting positive industry change, and contributing to technological advancement that benefits society.

Importantly, candidates for this category don’t have to apply themselves – they can also be nominated by colleagues, team members, or other individuals who recognize their leadership excellence. This means if you know an outstanding leader driving digital transformation and inspiring positive change, you can submit a nomination on their behalf.
Ideal candidates include CEOs and founders of technology companies, digital transformation leaders, innovation directors, CTOs, change management executives, and technological visionaries who demonstrate exceptional future-oriented leadership.

What sets this category apart is its explicit focus on recognizing entities that strengthen Poland’s position on the international innovation map.

This special award takes on additional significance during the 2025 competition as it aligns perfectly with the goals of Poland’s EU Presidency.
