At IT Solution Factor, he is responsible for setting the company’s technological development direction, initiating and implementing innovative solutions, and providing strategic advisory in the field of IT transformation. His experience includes managing complex technology projects as well as analyzing and evaluating emerging market trends. He also oversees business continuity and IT infrastructure within the company.

In previous years, he gained extensive experience in management, sales, and engineering roles, including in the automotive industry and at VMware, where he was responsible for technological development and support in the Central European region. He possesses in-depth knowledge of system architecture, technological innovation, and IT strategy, enabling him to effectively identify the potential and value of new solutions.

Mikołaj has graduated from the West Pomeranian University of Technology Szczecin with degree in information technology: computer networks. Privately, he is passionate about sports, particularly running and tennis.
