Kinga Piecuch has over twenty years of experience in large technology companies. From 2000 to 2006, she worked as Sales Director SMB at IBM, and for the next seven years as VP and later General Manager of Xerox Poland. Her task at the time was to restore the company’s profitability. In 2014, she took the lead of SAP’s Polish branch, where she was responsible for its transformation by strengthening its presence in the market with cloud solutions, as well as driving the transformation of the organizational culture. During her last year at SAP, she held the position of Head of General Business and Global Channel for Austria & CEE. Her most recent experience was at Microsoft, where she served as CEE Enterprise Industry Manager. Today she is the CEO of HPE in Poland.
