She joined InPost Group in 2018 as marketing director. Since July 2022, she has also served as a member of the Integer.pl management board, and since September 2023, as Chief Marketing & ESG Officer, she comprehensively manages the ESG area in the InPost Group.

Izabela Karolczyk-Szafrańska is a qualified manager in marketing management, trade marketing, and investor relations. She has over 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations, management, and building CX – positive customer experiences with brands.

Previously, she was associated with the entertainment industry as marketing and PR director at Cinema City and Cineworld Group. She gained marketing experience in the FMCG industry at Unilever, working on brands such as Lipton, Amino, as well as at Bakalland and Kamis-Przyprawy. Currently, she is involved in developing all brands of the InPost Group S.A.

She obtained her higher education in Marketing and Management at Kozminski University. At the same university, she also completed postgraduate studies in corporate finance and accounting. Privately, she is an enthusiast of ESG and renewable energy sources.
