Masters of Future-Proof Leadership 2026: learn more about all our awardees!

Achieving business results in a competitive, fast-paced, ever-evolving technological landscape is challenging. Doing so while inspiring others, driving positive change, and contributing to society is even more so. We believe this is the very definition of future-proof leadership – and it is exactly this kind of leaders we recognise at the Masters & Robots Awards. Here are this year’s winners, selected together with our category partner, Mastercard.

Grand prize winner: Dariusz Mazurkiewicz, CEO of BLIK

For more than a decade, he has been building infrastructure that has transformed the financial habits of almost an entire nation. He began with product and business foundations, and over the years went on to lead an organisation that turned the mobile phone into a widely used tool for everyday payments.

Today, the system he co-created and leads serves nearly 21 million users. In 2025 alone, it recorded almost 3 billion transactions with a total value exceeding PLN 440 billion. Vision is one thing – but the consistent, day-to-day execution of that vision, transaction by transaction, is quite another story.

Honorable mentions

Kinga Piecuch, HPE

The awardee brings together something that rarely goes hand in hand – strong business results and a genuine commitment to shaping the future of the entire technology sector. She collaborates with public administration, actively engages in the start-up ecosystem, and consistently invests in the development of future generations of leaders. This is leadership whose impact extends far beyond the annual report.

Edyta Kocyk, SiDLY

The founder and CEO of a company ranked among the 50 fastest-growing technology firms in Europe. For years, she has shown that medical technology does not have to be cold or impersonal. She has developed AI-driven telecare systems that are now genuinely improving – and saving – the health and lives of thousands of people. A visionary who demonstrates that innovation can have a human touch, and that true technological progress begins with care for people. Edyta Kocyk could not attend the gala. Her coworker collected the award on her behalf.

TVN’s Special Mention: Ewa Drobek

The awardee is proof that a single teacher can transform the identity of a school. Her students have performed at the Open’er Festival, accompanied renowned artists, and recorded eight professional albums. Her original music-based teaching method is now used in 145 institutions across Poland. The jury of the Global Teacher Prize recognised her as one of the top ten teachers in the world.
