FAQ
Projects and initiatives implemented within the last 18 months are eligible for submission, i.e. from October 2024 (inclusive).
Individuals, start-ups, tech companies, educational institutions, innovators, and visionary leaders who are contributing to innovative projects across various fields on the Polish market are eligible to take part in the competition.
A wide spectrum of innovative projects across domains is welcome. This includes tech innovations, digital experiences, social impact initiatives, green technology ventures, leadership contributions, AI collaboration solutions, innovative cultural initiatives, and global transformation projects. Ideal submissions demonstrate clear innovation and measurable impact within their fields and must align with at least one of our award categories.
You can submit your application in either Polish or English.
There are no strict requirements for the pitch file format. You may submit it as a PowerPoint (PPTX), PDF, video, or any format that best presents your project. The primary goal is to effectively demonstrate the value of your project to the jury. Choose the format that most clearly communicates your project’s innovativeness, impact, and alignment with the awards’ criteria.
This category is designed for individuals rather than organizations or projects. It recognizes leaders who achieve exceptional business results while inspiring others, promoting positive change in their industry, and contributing to technological progress for the benefit of society. Candidates do not need to apply themselves – they may be nominated by colleagues, team members, or others who recognize their leadership qualities. Ideal candidates include CEOs, founders of tech companies, transformation leaders, innovation directors, CTOs, change managers, and visionary leaders with a future-oriented approach to leadership.
Yes, companies, organizations, and individuals can submit applications for multiple categories within the Masters & Robots Awards. Each application must be submitted separately through the application process and must meet the specific criteria of the category you are applying for. There is no limit to the number of categories you can apply to.
No, each project submission should align with the specific category that best reflects its main objective and impact. Choose the most appropriate category for your project.
Each category has its own criteria tailored to its focus area. Submissions are generally evaluated based on aspects such as the level of innovation, measurable impact, implementation success, and alignment with the category’s goals.
The evaluation will be conducted by a panel of experts and industry professionals who will assess submissions based on predefined criteria such as innovativeness, impact, feasibility, creativity, and relevance to the competition theme.
No, participation in this competition is completely free.
While the organizers strive to provide feedback to participants, personalized feedback may not be possible for every submission due to the volume of entries.
The Jury particularly values initiatives that go beyond the idea stage and demonstrate initial practical actions – such as a prototype, pilot, MVP, testing activities, or other evidence of engagement and potential impact. Projects submitted to the Young Future Makers Award do not need to be fully implemented or commercially mature; however, purely theoretical concepts without any practical steps are not eligible.
