Dominika is a manager with over a decade of professional experience in CSR, corporate communications, event marketing, and cooperation with non-governmental organizations. She has been associated with the Polish Development Fund (PFR) and the PFR Foundation since 2018.

Previously, she gained experience at PZU Group (2013–2018), where she implemented the Group’s CSR strategy, and in non-profit organizations, coordinating international social projects for institutions such as UEFA and Special Olympics.

She holds a degree in Journalism and Social Communication from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw. She completed postgraduate studies in Sports Marketing at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and in CSR Management at Collegium Civitas. Dominika also holds a diploma in ESG Management from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School and a PRINCE2® Foundation project management certificate.

Her work at the PFR Foundation focuses particularly on social innovation and initiatives supporting groups at risk of social exclusion.
