Izabela is an expert with over 24 years of experience in education, HR services, and consulting, who combines unique business knowledge in the field of new technologies and digital transformation with a deep understanding of neuroscience and sensory integration. She specializes in areas such as neurodiversity, digital hygiene, workplace sensory considerations, candidate and customer experience, employer branding, and the future of work. In her professional activities, she keenly observes how new technologies impact various aspects of business and our daily lives.
Her exceptional approach stems from the combination of rich experience gained in organizations such as Grupa Pracuj and Hudson Morgan Philips Group with her work as a sensory integration therapist and diagnostician. Izabela is passionate about the functioning of the brain and nervous system at different life stages, the impact of neuroscience on workplace efficiency, and issues related to digital hygiene and neurodiversity. This holistic perspective on business and personal development allows her to better understand how technologies affect our senses and nervous system, which translates into practical and innovative approaches to human resource management and organizational development.

Izabela holds a degree in Pedagogy with a specialization in Andragogy from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in psychological competencies and business negotiations at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). Additionally, she earned a diploma in sensory integration from the Academy of Education in Sport.
