Kinga Piecuch has over twenty years of experience in large technology companies. From 2000 to 2006, she worked as Sales Director SMB at IBM, and for the next seven years, she served as VP and later General Manager at Xerox Poland. Her task at the time was to restore the company’s profitability. 

In 2014, she became the head of the Polish branch of SAP, where she was responsible for its transformation through a stronger presence in the cloud solutions market and also aimed at transforming the organizational culture. In the last year of her tenure at SAP, she held the position of Head of General Business and Global Channel for Austria & CEE. Her most recent experience was at Microsoft as CEE Enterprise Industry Manager. Today, she is the CEO of HPE in Poland.
