He has gained his experience across markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, managing teams in various countries and cultures. As a practitioner, he is particularly interested in the impact of technological development on how enterprises operate, considering all aspects of digital transformation: processes, technology, and people.

As an expert in industrial automation, he supports clients in their growth and in building competitive advantage through the latest technologies and systems. He is dedicated to helping organizations change their business models, enabling them to acquire new revenue streams and become more resilient to market challenges and instability.

Łukasz holds a degree in Automation and Computer Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology and Sales Management from the University of Warsaw. He further developed his business education by participating in the prestigious Executive MBA program at the University of Warsaw. With such a comprehensive education and many years of experience, he has gained a unique perspective and the ability to analyze digitalization processes in various organizations.
