An expert in cashless and digital payments, open banking, and cybersecurity. Małgorzata is a manager with over 20 years of experience in customer acquisition, relationship building, and management in the financial sector. She is strongly focused on applying new technologies in business. After joining Mastercard, she was responsible for relationships with the company’s key clients in Poland. Since 2019, she has also overseen the development and implementation of open banking solutions at Mastercard. In 2022, she was appointed Head of Digital Solutions and Cybersecurity. Since 2023, she has also been in charge of Mastercard’s broader product, service, and solutions portfolio. Her daily responsibilities include cooperation with new technology partners, digital payment channels, and security solutions.

Małgorzata has led projects with the largest banks in Poland. She was actively involved in bringing innovative payment methods to the Polish market, including contactless payments, mobile payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others. She successfully developed, expanded, and implemented marketing plans with clients, co-created loyalty programs, and introduced innovative business solutions.

She holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management (USA), as well as degrees in Journalism from the University of Warsaw and in International Trade from the University of Łódź. In recent years, she also completed the Leadership Academy for Poland.

Privately, she is a mother of two sons and an enthusiast of active leisure, including skiing and sailing. She enjoys traveling and discovering new cultures.
