Professor of Cardiology focused on Longevity

BIO

Prof. Marek Postuła, MD, PhD, is a professor of cardiology with a focus on longevity. He serves as Head of the Pharmacogenomics Laboratory at the Center for Preclinical Research, Department of Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology at the Medical University of Warsaw. He is also the co-founder and President of the Polish Society for Longevity Medicine, and an expert in research on aging and longevity.

Prof. Postuła gained international experience as a Fulbright Fellow at the Laboratory of Perioperative Genomics, Penn State College of Medicine (USA), and earned a Master’s degree in Health Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Together with journalist Krzysztof Łoniewski, he co-hosts the radio program Kierunek Długowieczność (“Towards Longevity”) on Polish Radio Channel 3, as well as the podcast W stronę długowieczności (“In the Direction of Longevity”) available on Spotify.
