Robert Kukułowicz is an experienced manager, innovator, and co-founder of the startup Use Waste, which develops breakthrough chemical recycling technology for polyester fabrics using a textile-to-textile model. He specializes in creating and scaling circular economy solutions, focusing on effectively connecting technology, science, and industry.

At Use Waste, he oversees investor relations, IP commercialization strategy, and partnership development with major industry players. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with global corporations such as T-Mobile Polska and Bunge.

He advocates for a pragmatic approach to ESG and circular economy – implementing solutions that address both environmental and market needs.

Beyond his business activities, Robert Kukułowicz is socially engaged, supporting organizations such as the Ołtarzew Student Sports Club and the Ołtarzew Enthusiasts Society.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology. In his personal life, he is passionate about travel and an active lifestyle.
