Masters & Robots 2025: The Future of Leadership
Track Partner: IKEA
Leadership is being redefined in real time. AI, remote work, and generational shifts are changing how teams are managed—while geopolitical instability adds a new layer of complexity. Yesterday’s leadership models no longer fit, yet many organizations still cling to them. So what works in a world defined by uncertainty? What does it mean to be a modern leader?
A panel of experts will take on these questions, featuring: Cezary Kozanecki, Founder & CEO of Synektik, Małgorzata Bochenek, Country Business Development & Digital Manager at IKEA, Kinga Piecuch, Managing Director at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Poland, Sylwia Bilska, Managing Director at Edenred.
Masters & Robots 2025: Health & Wellbeing
Track Partner: Synektik
Is a good life the same as a long life? While breakthroughs in medicine and science are pushing the boundaries of longevity, they don’t automatically guarantee quality of life. Advances in genetics, cellular biology, and preventive medicine are opening up new frontiers—but how can we harness them effectively? How are these discoveries reshaping our understanding of aging? And what role do mental health and overall wellbeing play in all of this?
These questions will be explored in a keynote by Frederik G. Pferdt, former Chief Innovation Evangelist at Google and founder of the Google Innovation Lab. Pferdt has trained tens of thousands of Googlers in designing breakthrough ideas and has taught innovation at Stanford University for over a decade. He also advises global organizations—from the UN and NASA to the NBA.
Following his keynote, Pferdt will join Przemek Gdański, CEO of BNP Paribas Poland, for an in-depth one-on-one conversation.
Next up, Izabela Bartnicka, COO of Digital University, will host a panel on aging and longevity, featuring Professor Marek Postuła, a cardiologist from the Medical University of Warsaw and a recognized expert on longevity.
Masters & Robots 2025: Artificial Intelligence
Track Partners: InPost, BCG Platinion
AI has dominated headlines, and tech conferences for the last three years. But amidst the hype—how many people truly understand it? Which applications are transforming businesses, and which are costly experiments? How can companies stay ahead while navigating new regulations and public concerns?
This track brings together startup founders who aren’t afraid to challenge conventions and disrupt cultural norms. The discussion will be moderated by Jarosław Sroka, Board Member at Kulczyk Investments and coordinator of Sebastian Kulczyk’s InCredibles Program.
Another key panel will examine what we’ve really learned about AI so far—and how much of the promise has actually come to life. Speakers include: Anna Wiącek-Kocot, Managing Director at BCG Platinion, Magdalena Kasiewicz, Director of Cloud Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
