Masters & Robots 2025: Digital Transformation
Main Track Partner: HPE and Intel
Track Partner: Rockwell Automation
Digital transformation is forcing organizations to rethink everything — from customer relationships to core operations. But the revolution lies not just in the technology itself, but in how it reshapes the rules of doing business. How can these changes become a long-term competitive advantage?
Leaders fireside featuring Artur Kurasiński, entrepreneur, investor, and digital creator, and Łukasz Niesłuchowski, board member at Rockwell Automation will explore how digital transformation changes the game.
This track also features talks on the algorithmic economy and AI agents. Prof. Marek Kowalkiewicz, a global authority on digital economy and AI from Queensland University of Technology, and Supreet Singh Manchanda, founder of Raiven Capital, will share their perspective.
Masters & Robots 2025: Energy
Achieving climate neutrality is one of the greatest challenges of our time. With 2050 as the finish line, energy leaders must skillfully combine bold innovation with practical solutions to turn ambitious climate goals into reality.
Helping navigate this journey is Carlo van de Weijer — mobility and technology expert, mechanical engineer from Eindhoven University of Technology, and PhD from Graz University of Technology. Carlo is Managing Director of the Eindhoven AI Systems Institute (EAISI), and a senior advisor on the future of mobility at Deloitte’s Center for the Edge.
Masters & Robots 2025: ESG
Track Partner: Interzero
Environment, society, and corporate governance — these are three pillars shaping modern business. ESG is no longer just a buzzword; it’s a strategy that can deliver tangible results. Still, many companies see sustainability as a cost or compliance checkbox. Meet the ones proving that purpose and profit can go hand in hand — creating lasting value for both shareholders and society.
This track features a keynote by Dr. Poornima Luthra, a globally recognized author, TEDx speaker, and leading expert on DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) and talent development. Her four influential books have been named among the top 10 management reads by Thinkers50 in both 2023 and 2025.
This track also explores the future of art in the digital world with Agnieszka Pilat, a Polish-American artist working at the intersection of robotics, AI and fine arts. Her collaboration with Boston Dynamics led to a groundbreaking series of works co-created with the Spot, robot that serves as both subject and co-creator.
Masters & Robots 2025: Cybersecurity
Track Partners: VeloBank, BLIK
Traditional cybersecurity methods cannot keep up with modern threats. AI-powered attacks and increasingly sophisticated hackers are changing the rules of the game. No one is safe — from everyday users and global corporations, to start-ups, and governments. How do we stay ahead in the race for digital security? And what about the average users, now facing deepfakes, social engineering, and AI-driven scams?
Cybersecurity expert Gynvael Coldwind, co-founder of the legendary Dragon Sector team and long-time Google security engineer, will share his insights. His keynote will be followed by a panel discussion featuring cybersecurity experts from the Ministry of Digital Affairs, Mastercard, VeloBank, and BLIK.
