BIO
Since January 2020, Magdalena Macko-Gizińska has served as Management Board Member for Customer Relations, overseeing customer experience management and long-term relationship building. Her scope includes teams responsible for customer service, operations, the MojeNN digital platform, as well as expert centers for CX, UX, and process design. She is a leader and recognized market expert in change management and building customer-centric organizations, with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector. Previously, she held positions at Bank Handlowy, Bank Millennium, and ING Bank Śląski.
Magdalena is also a frequent speaker and lecturer at conferences and academic programs dedicated to customer experience and service design. For many years, she has been actively involved in supporting the development of managers through mentoring projects.
