BIO
Dr. Rafał Mrówka is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management Theory at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He specializes in the analysis of modern organizational models, digital transformation, leadership, corporate social responsibility, employee satisfaction and engagement research, and public relations. He is also the Director of the MBA-SGH program (the Executive MBA program at SGH, ranked among the best EMBA programs in Poland) as well as Director of the Postgraduate Studies in Public Relations and Strategic Corporate Communication at SGH. He has completed numerous training courses, including advanced Design Thinking training at the HPI Academy in Germany and the International Management Teachers Academy in Bled, Slovenia. He has taught or participated in research programs at Tel Aviv University (Israel) and Université Catholique de Lille (France).
Rafał Mrówka is also engaged in business consulting and executive training, with around 20 years of experience in managing projects for businesses. He is a co-owner of the consulting and training company IMMOQEE. He has worked, among others, for Umbrella Project (a UNDP program in Poland), BIGRAM Personnel Consulting, ITO – United Change Company, Hewlett-Packard, Euler Hermes, Tetra Pak, Schneider Electric, Wabco, Microsoft, Auchan, EDS, Esselte, Siemens, Allianz, Leroy Merlin, and Cersanit.
He specializes in employee satisfaction and engagement research, increasing employee engagement, innovation support programs, managerial skill development, communication, and public relations. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the School for Leaders Foundation, which fosters leadership attitudes in society.
