On 21-22 October, Warsaw will become the centre of debate about the future. The ninth edition of Masters & Robots will bring together visionaries and experts from around the world. They will discuss how artificial intelligence and other breakthrough technologies are transforming business, education, the job market, and the way we understand leadership and social responsibility.
– This year’s theme, “Time to Act!”, is a call to take a real action in response to the challenges posed by the rapid development of artificial intelligence, social transformations, and global crises. The world has accelerated, and the challenges that business, science, and society face, require bold, responsible, and decisive actions. Masters & Robots is a space where we don’t just talk about change, but most importantly, inspire and equip our participants with the knowledge and tools to bring those changes to life – says Jowita Michalska, CEO of Digital University and initiator of the conference.

For years, Masters & Robots has attracted business, science, and arts leaders from all over the world, creating a space for inspiration and dialogue. This year, speakers will include

Among them will be Agnieszka Pilat – a Polish-American artist working at the intersection of robotics, AI, and fine arts. Her collaboration with Boston Dynamics resulted in a series of works created with the robot Spot, which became both the hero and co-creator of her pieces. Pilat’s works have gained international recognition and are part of prestigious art collections, even appearing in the film Matrix Resurrections.
– Interdisciplinarity and the convergence of technologies, including AI, are key today to understanding complex challenges and creating innovative solutions. That’s why Masters & Robots brings together different perspectives – from science to business to art – because only through dialogue between these worlds can new ideas emerge – emphasises Jowita Michalska.
The agenda for Masters & Robots 2025 also includes numerous discussions aimed at exchanging experiences among representatives from various fields, as well as showcasing more practical dimensions of the strategies being implemented.
